Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage all activity related to Group Sales
  • Inspire, sets goals and guide achievement of all Group Sales Colleagues
  • Responsible for prospecting and pursuing business in key market segments
  • Review and approve sales contracts, considering rooms, event space and total revenue objectives
  • Work collaboratively with revenue management and operation teams
  • Manage a budget to support revenue attainment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 7+ years as a sales professional
  • Hospitality experience
  • Experience developing and leading a team
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and exceptional follow through

Compensation

As part of the Crystal team, we want you to work and play with us! Your perks include free skiing, snowboard and golfing and use of our fitness center and pool. Additionally, we offer many other benefits including health and dental insurance, Flexible Spending Account, profit sharing and a 401(k) plan with employer match, and discounts on lodging and spa services.

The pay range for this position is $65-75,000 per year with up to an additional 15% incentive potential and profit sharing.
