1) Daily accounting process for all equity real estate property and fund investments
2) Statutory, GAAP, and Tax financial statement accounting for PL, PL&A and PL affiliates
3) Monitor GAAP and STAT accounting guidance changes
4) Coordinate reporting requirements of the REI Asset Management team to ensure requests are completed in a timely manner
Responsible for facilitating operational compliance with all Corporate initiatives, programs and requirements (eg. Information Security, BCP, SOX, etc.) as applicable.
The position will be responsible for the most complex accounting, financial analysis and reporting tasks related to RE Equity Investment. Will be expected to complete complex accounting and financial reporting tasks; work independently and provide advice and counsel to supervisor.
