PEAK 15 (https://peak15systems.com) is looking for a world-class engineering leader to work side by side with me (https://www.linkedin.com/in/jamesoleonard/) and our COO, Jeff Lynch (https://www.linkedin.com/in/jeff-lynch-65537a43/) to write the next chapter for the travel industry.
PEAK 15’s Cloud software already powers almost $1 billion in annual bookings across a diverse set of award-winning travel companies such as Micato Safaris, National Geographic Expeditions, Butterfield & Robinson, Mountain Lodges of Peru, GeoEx and American Excursionist. Still, more than 90% of the tour operator and travel planning companies in the world rely mainly on word and excel as their “system” and struggle to grow sales and improve efficiency. The key is our plan to create pioneering tools that allow small organizations to try, buy and implement our software in weeks – software which has allowed other customers to double their sales while adding no staff.
You will bring or prove that you can quickly acquire:
- An ability to assemble, lead and drive a team that will “turbotax-ify” the process of implementing PEAK 15 by creating tools that guide organizations each step of the way
- A keen understanding of the travel industry and the demands of SMB oriented verticals
- A mastery of our platform – Microsoft Dynamics 365 – both of its power and its limits
