Clinical Director – The United Arc, a leading provider of services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families in Franklin, Hampshire, Hampden and Worcester counties of Massachusetts is seeking a dynamic, team-oriented individual to oversee its clinical services. Primarily responsible for providing clinical oversight of programs and services provided for the individuals and families we serve. Prepares and/or oversees the preparation and implementation of behavior plans, provides clinical assessments and services, attends critical psychiatric appointments, attends required individual and team meetings, and provides training and support for staff, individuals, and caregivers.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Master’s degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology or related clinical disciplines.

· Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Psychologist, or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

· Minimum five years’ experience working with families and individuals with special needs, with at least three years supervisory experience, preferably in a nonprofit environment. Specific experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Functional Behavior Analysis (FBA), development and implementation of behavior intervention plans, medication treatment plans, data collection and analysis and the oversight and training of staff regarding same.

· Demonstrated ability in personnel supervision and recruitment and retention of qualified personnel.

· Demonstrated knowledge of computers and computer software applications.

· Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

· Acceptable driving record, valid driver’s license and access to an automobile.
