Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Cucamonga Valley Medical Group, whose hallmark is providing compassionate care to its patients is looking to add a motivated, self-starter to its culture. We are a, growing Company and our expansion has created the need for another talented professional to join and contribute to our team’s success.

The candidate will join us as a Chief Operating Officer. In this role, this individual will be the right hand of our CEO. With their experience and talents, he/she will be able to lead our team of high-performing professionals to be efficient, productive, and effective. Our ideal candidate has extensive experience within the healthcare industry with strong leadership skills and the ability to approach business from a creative point of view. This opportunity requires a self-starter, with strong learning ability and detail skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, are essential. Ability to work independently.

Minimum Job Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field; MBA is a plus

Experience

5+ years of experience in an executive leadership position, familiarity with the healthcare industry
