As a Starbucks associate project manager , you will . . .
Focus on the project management of creative operations and execution for our digital product catalog and content assets across our apps, websites and delivery services. This role manages the deployment of creative assets and product data, working cross-functionally to create great digital customer experiences.
Leveraging your previous experience, we will enable you to:
  • Work with content management systems to configure, maintain and publish products across multiple platforms and markets.
  • Prioritize and support a high volume of publishing requests with first time quality and accuracy, managing multiple timelines and elevating risk where necessary.
  • Build and share best practices in process, tools and technology; identify opportunities to gain efficiencies in workflow and partner with technology teams to drive improvements.
  • Support content management system platform improvement efforts as a subject matter expert, consulting on requirements, user stories and user acceptance testing.
  • Manage production quality assurance and help troubleshoot data quality issues reported from our Partners in the field.
  • Partner with marketing, product, creative, production and agency teams to deliver product data and creative assets to multiple customer channels.
