Admissions Director/Marketing Liaison

Hazlehurst Court Care and Rehab located at 180 Burketts Ferry Road, Hazlehurst, GA is looking for an Admissions Director/Marketing Liaison to join our dynamic team.

The Admissions Director/Marketing Liason is responsible for business growth and development, along with ensuring a smooth admission transition for the patients entrusted to our care. The primary purpose of this position is to lead and manage the facility’s Census, Marketing, and Admissions. You will screen all admission referrals for an appropriate placement, including medical/clinical needs and insurance/financial approvals while maintaining professional relationships with referral sources such as hospital case managers, social workers, and community agencies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of business development, referral relationship management along with experience in long term care admissions and marketing, case management and hospital discharge planning.

Excellent written and oral communication skills are required, along with solid assessment abilities.

Qualifications:

• Nursing license preferred and/or 2+ years healthcare experience required
• 2+ years experience in business development preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid/Managed care insurance
• Ability to work independently
• One year in Long Term Care preferred
