What you’ll be doing…
A PS Operations Business Architect is chartered to support the growth and the development of the Professional Services Business by participating in transformation projects, analyzing financial models and results, and building collateral to present the PS results and strategy. To achieve this objective, the Business Architect will assist with day to day facilitation and coordination of IT teams across multiple tools/systems, ensuring IT development interdependencies are identified, ensuring the Delivery Architecture strategy is implemented successfully. The Business Architect role will also collaborate with IT Enterprise Architects, VTF, ATF, and IT system subject matter experts in support of detailed requirements definition and coordination of development activities across multiple tools and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and provide solutions and process designs to improve business processes across multi-system architecture.
- Lead and manage the phases of a development life cycle: Planning, Analysis, Design, Implementation.
- Collaborate across multiple teams to identify interdependencies and prioritize development effort based on quantifiable business case impacts.
- Interpret and translate high level business requirements to determine multi-system impacts and integration points.
- Decompose high level business requirements into specific user stories in line with Agile methodologies.
What we’re looking for…
You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Four or more years of relevant work experience.
- Four or more years of relevant experience in SDLC project management or Agile development or relevant.
Even better if you have:
- PMI-ACP or relevant.
- Excellent presentation and communications skills to accurately represent and convey information both in verbal and written form to multiple levels of an organization.
- Ability to manage competing and conflicting priorities.
- Experience working in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
- Experience with SAP.
- Experience with Clarity.
- Excellent computer skills necessary in Word, Excel, Presentation, Project and Visio.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Willingness for continued technical growth.
- Willingness to travel.
