Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:

Establish clear expectations for the projects including but not limited to project kick-offs with internal and external stakeholders, Tech and Costs, Project Charters, Schedules

Establish regular communication patterns with the customer to include weekly calls, email summaries, updated project plans, and quarterly project reviews

Prepare and distribute executive summaries and project briefs as needed
-
Hold internal and external resources to project milestones and deliverables
-
Translate new and existing client requirements into technical solutions by working closely with other internal resources and stakeholders
-
Meet client deliverables from an end product and timeline perspective
-
Utilize technical and project management skills to ensure the systems are configured appropriately and on schedule
-
Create client-facing user guides and support in creating training materials and training new client users
-
Hold weekly meetings and daily scrums as needed with technical resources and document progress, risks, and issues
-
Perform analysis of hardware/software solutions, conduct market research and technical evaluations, support in vendor demonstrations

Minimum DoD Secret Clearance
-
5 + years of hands on experience with Technical Project Management in a DOD environment
-
Extensive Knowledge of project management processes, systems development methods, organizational change management concepts, and business process improvement methods
-
Ability to create and manage a technical project road map with high level delivery milestones to manage stakeholder expectations
-
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
-
Experience with Microsoft Office to include Project
-
Excellent written and oral communication with the ability to brief executive stakeholders
-
Technical knowledge of operating systems, servers, network infrastructure, and software development
Preferred Requirements:

Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams on building out IT infrastructure and software development

Experience with IT infrastructure components to include, Operating Systems, Servers, Network, and Storage
-
Knowledge and experience with A&A (NIST RMF), security stack components (e.g. firewall, IDS/IPS, AV), cyber directives (e.g. TASKORDs, CTOs, etc.)

Understanding of COMSEC and Tactical deployments
-
Knowledge of client deployments on a windows infrastructure, i.e. OU’s, GPO’s, STIGs
-
Understanding of Hypervisors to include VMWare
-
Knowledge in Cloud to include AWS
-
Knowledge in Software Development
-
PMP Certification
-
CAPM Certification
-
ITIL Certification
