About the Transition Project Manager
We’re looking for a charismatic self-starter and proactive, technical individual who is experienced in onboarding enterprise customers of all levels of sophistication and who wants to grow their career in our fast-paced organization. The Implementation Manager will oversee all aspects of projects, including but not limited to, setting deadlines, monitoring and tracking the progress of projects, and communicating project status to all appropriate stakeholders. You will lead and deliver projects in a timely manner while delivering first class results to our clients.
Qualifications
What You Need For This Role
- 5+ years of Project management experience in technology & platform solutions preferred
- Ability to develop and maintain project plans, identify resource needs, and manage project schedule
- Strong project implementation experience
- PMP certification a strong plus
- Prior business analysis experience a plus
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, in person and on the phone
- High EQ and relationship building skills
- A bachelor’s degree is required
- Can collaborate and influence in a “win as a team” environment
Responsibilities
What You Will Be Doing
- A self-starter with the demonstrated ability to take initiative, who can proactively identify issues/opportunities and recommend actions
- Design and execute on each customer’s account plan
- Identify and analyze project risks & dependencies
- Improve our customer onboarding process for repeatable and scalable project plans
- Own the project implementation process from contract execution through go-live
- Work closely with partners and the Account Management team as trusted advisors to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals.
- Work with the onboarding coordinator and Account Management team in ensure the partner is fully set up and trained on our platform
- Lead the transition team and develop their project management skill set
- Stay abreast of new features and products released
