Greenspring is looking for a Sr. Human Resource Manager who will serve as a consultant to management and employees regarding all aspects of human resource related items. This role will act as a trusted business partner to ensure all HR investigations and practices are fair and consistent. The Sr. Human Resources Manager must be customer service focused and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Purpose of Position:
- Provide an advocacy/consulting role for employees experiencing problems/issues which may impact their jobs.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to support the recruiting and selection process. Provide Talent Acquisition with any employee or manager feedback, or knowledge, which may contribute to the successful hiring of employees.
- Partner with Organizational Development to facilitate necessary New Employee Orientation (NEO) components. Update and maintain any relevant materials when appropriate.
Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelorâs degree preferred in related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant human resources experience, with heavy emphasis on employee relations experience required.
- 8 years of HR experience (with heavy emphasis on employee relations) may be substituted for the degree.
