    Hot N Juicy Crawfish welcomes applications for a Senior Manager to provide oversight of our 4 Las Vegas locations. Hot N Juicy is a unique, dynamic, and growing restaurant with 13 sites across the US. We are looking for self-motivated and energetic leaders! There is a lot of room to advance in the company as we grow in our nationwide expansion. As a Senior Manager, you will be an important member of the team that will be supervising all aspects of the local market and assisting local site management achieve success.

    Requirements:

    • Must have at least 5 years management experience in a full service food/beverage establishment.
    • Must have or be able to obtain a TAM card and Food Handler Safety Training card (Certified Food Safety Manager card preferred)
    • ServSafe certified preferred
    • Valid driver’s license

    Ideal candidates would be able to accomplish the following tasks:

    • Achieve smooth operational objectives on a daily basis
    • Meet financial objectives by driving sales and optimizing efficiency in expenditures
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Work with site managers to ensure high quality service and food
    • Manage operations compliance for brand consistency
    • Coordinate local site roll-out of new products and promotions
    • Oversee hiring and training of managers
    • Coordinate and supervise projects for local sites
    • Conduct performance reviews of managers on a quarterly and annual basis
    • Assist in management coverage at local sites as needed
    • Conduct weekly meetings with local managers
    • Act as a liaison between corporate and local staff

    • Schedule is 50-55 hours per week.
