Hot N Juicy Crawfish welcomes applications for a Senior Manager to provide oversight of our 4 Las Vegas locations. Hot N Juicy is a unique, dynamic, and growing restaurant with 13 sites across the US. We are looking for self-motivated and energetic leaders! There is a lot of room to advance in the company as we grow in our nationwide expansion. As a Senior Manager, you will be an important member of the team that will be supervising all aspects of the local market and assisting local site management achieve success.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 5 years management experience in a full service food/beverage establishment.
- Must have or be able to obtain a TAM card and Food Handler Safety Training card (Certified Food Safety Manager card preferred)
- ServSafe certified preferred
- Valid driverâs license
Ideal candidates would be able to accomplish the following tasks:
- Achieve smooth operational objectives on a daily basis
- Meet financial objectives by driving sales and optimizing efficiency in expenditures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Work with site managers to ensure high quality service and food
- Manage operations compliance for brand consistency
- Coordinate local site roll-out of new products and promotions
- Oversee hiring and training of managers
- Coordinate and supervise projects for local sites
- Conduct performance reviews of managers on a quarterly and annual basis
- Assist in management coverage at local sites as needed
- Conduct weekly meetings with local managers
- Act as a liaison between corporate and local staff
