Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Job Description:
- Bachelor s degree (preferably Computer Science or Information Systems); Master s degree preferred
- Required first level Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM), preferred second or third level Scrum Master certification (PSM II, PSM III, CSP, CTC)
- Scrum Master role for at least three years for an Agile software development team
- 4 or more years managing end-to-end project delivery
- Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
- Must have experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Strong experience with sprint planning and retrospectives
- Some experience with other iterative methodologies and Agile approaches such as Kanban
- Must have exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
- Must be a team-player
- Must be self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities and tasks
- Track record of continued and recent education in scrum, including training, conferences, user groups and self-study
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $50.00 to $55.00 /hour
