YOUR IMPACT

In this role you will be in charge of managing the CAMSO North American Distribution operations, and responsible for On time & accuracy Delivery of finished goods to final customers.

As leader and strategic influencer, you will have to design, plan and organize the transformation plan for Distribution in all our North American DCs.


DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIES


  • Business Strategy:

    • Define the improvement and transformation roadmap
    • Set Tactical directions for NA distribution and ensure the synergy and coherence with the overall business strategy.
    • Communicate and ensure commitment to the strategic direction among internal stakeholders.


  • People Management:

    • Build Team effectiveness and engagement within all DCs
    • Support leadership development and ensure a strong pipeline of talented resources
    • Be accountable for deployment and maintenance of Quality & Performance Management System (TLBO / ISO 9001)


  • Client relationship Management:

    • Gather feedback from customers on logistics operations improvement with support of salesforce
    • Ensure a smooth integration of new customers inside CAMSO Distribution network and the compliance with Service Level Agreement.
  • Operations Management:
    • Ensure that OTIF (On time in Full) & Cost to Serve targets are met.
    • Define local Policies and procedures for distribution operations management based on global standards.
    • Define Regional CAPEX / OPEX requirements and ensure full compliance with allocated budget
    • Make sure our operations and work environment comply with Safety, Health & Environment standards.


WHO YOU ARE

  • You hold a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or any relevant fields
  • You have minimum 8 years in distribution operations management with experience from 3PL Industry.
  • You speak English fluently (Spanish would be an asset)
  • You have good working Knowledges on WMS (Warehouse Management System) et TMS (Transport Management System)
  • You have strong warehouse management expertise: process design and control, performance management, daily management systems.
  • You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, at ease with non structured and chaotic environment and able to find solutions, streamlining process and simplify complex situations.
  • You are capable to anticipate challenges, take the initiative and plan the right support
  • Travelling outside the office required 30% of the time
