SUMMARY: Regional Director of Clinical Operations is responsible for providing leadership, direction and coordination for all Righttime Medical Care centers. The Regional Director of Clinical Operations will ensure comprehensive delivery of services and quality patient care. The Regional Director of Clinical Operations will assist in leading center management in the direction of all center activities to ensure accomplishment of all center objectives. The Regional Director of Clinical Operations will evaluate clinical support procedures and everyday situations and suggest ways to improve the delivery of services and profitability, and participate in center growth plans.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (nothing in this job description restricts management’s right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time):
Administration
- Manage operations according to established budgets and participate in budget development.
- Analyze Care Center structure operations for productivity and benchmarking measures, and present and make recommendations for improvements.
- Work closely as a member of Senior Leadership to achieve organizational objectives.
- Participate in and develop effective processes for customer feedback, complaints and outreach.
- Perform such other duties and attend such meetings as commensurate with this position.
Finance/Business Development:
- Assist in the management of the financial aspects of all Care Centers for Righttime Medical Care. Assist in the development and implementation of a business plan to roll-out an integrated urgent care state-wide service line. Assist with the development and implementation of a new model for managing productivity across all Righttime Care Centers based on units of services, visits per clinician and patients per hour. Assist in the creation of business and implementation plans to organize the centralization and optimization of all urgent care resources under Righttime Medical Care. Monitor all aspects of revenue cycle from Operations to Reporting.
Operations:
- Assists in enhancing process improvements and monitoring organization-wide compliance. Works in conjunction with Director of Operations to streamline and reduce variation in processes within the care centers. Ensures all processes for care centers has a strong focus on efficiency and waste reduction.
QUALIFICATIONS – (Education and/or Experience): The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and or ability required:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program, Master’s preferred
- Strong work tenure: 3- 5 years supervisory experience
- Healthcare management experience preferred
- Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional personnel
- Ability to market and deal tactfully with customers and the community
- Communication skills: excellent interpersonal skills, ability to read, analyze and interpret documents; ability to respond effectively to all inquiries; ability to write using proper grammar, punctuation and spelling; ability to present information; ability to prepare reports, including financial and operational metrics
- Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work-load in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
