Job Description Overview:
Location: Washington, DC
The Recruitment Director will be responsible for managing and operating the recruitment/staffing program required to provide well-qualified and suitable candidates for all labor categories required under the contract.
A Top-Secret security clearance issued by the Defense Security Service is required.
Qualification requirements for the Recruitment Director:
The Recruitment Director will be available at all times during regular business hours to discuss contract-related issues.
Five (5) or more years of specialized experience in the field of recruitment/staffing. The successful candidate will have direct experience with:
a. Developing and implementing media strategies to recruit candidates, including determination of most appropriate geographic areas and methods of recruitment and preparation of advertisements and press releases and direction of the development and maintenance of an Internet site.
b. Developing recruitment sources including, for example, educational institutions, public employment offices, special emphasis groups, trade associations’ etc.
c. Interviewing prospective candidates for a wide range of positions, e.g., clerical, technical and professional; evaluation of qualifications, experience and personal attributes of candidates.
d. Scheduling and planning for workforce turnover, maintenance of applicant supply.
e. Strong interpersonal skills; flawless oral and written communication skills.
