As a Business Software Consultant at Anton Systems, Inc., you will be primarily responsible for the delivery of Implementation, Consulting and Support Services on the SS&C SKYLINE and Budgetrac software solutions. Implementation services include pre-installation design/consulting, installation, integration, data import, training, and post Go Live support. Implementation and consulting services are provided either via remote services agreements or via on-site workshop sessions.
In addition to the implementation of new clients, responsibilities will include the delivery of training which includes core product as well as advanced features, report writing (F9, Crystal), specialty topics (Escalations & Recoveries, Lease Management, and Budgeting, to name a few), consultative reviews (SKYAudits) and special projects (custom client implementation of advanced features such as Escalations & Recoveries, Lease Management, custom reports).

Scope of Responsibilities:
- Provide consulting and training for new and existing SKYLINE/Budgetrac implementations, post implementation refresher training and training on advanced modules and functionality.
- Provide front line technical and customer support for SKYLINE and Budgetrac software clients, including support on advanced SKYLINE modules and functionality
- Perform tasks associated with SKYLINE and Budgetrac development and deployment including requirements definition, product testing, product documentation, sales support including product presentations
- Promote additional consulting services, training time and customer support services to clients
- Communicate/follow-up with clients in a timely, courteous and efficient manner
- Provide support to Sales (Pre-Sales Demonstrations) and Application Testing initiatives as required
Key Performance Indicators
- Overall Net Promoter Score (NPS)
- Time reporting and usage capacity
- Customer Service Survey results (post project and post-delivery ticket services)
- Contribution efforts towards references, testimonials, referrals and Use Case Studies
- Overall response/resolution time/SLA compliance
