Rôle et Responsabilités
Detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to be in charge of all quality assurance activities in Application team
Individual will make/coordinate the each project’s schedule (entry & approval) and test plan as well as report to HQ or internal team the risk points such as blocking issues before launch or carrier entry date
Individual will also create Technical functions and features related Testcase, verify issues, perform Sanity test in order to ensure there is no unidentified problems.
Designing and implementing test strategies, test plans, functional and performance test cases, policies, infrastructures for Application test
Specifies test equipment required for product verifications or qualification testing
Assist in the testing and evaluation of new mobile features to ensure that said products contain no unidentified problems when released in the market
Work closely with MQL CS team and SQE, R&D group in HQ
Responding promptly to reports submitted by other QA engineer and professionally report SW/HW detected issues to upper management
Review, edit and update internal test cases, test reports, and test tools
Conduct issue root cause analysis with limited support from upper management
Analyze and understand test specifications and correctly translate them to set up test designs and test cases
Analyze and manage issues detected by QA engineers to professionally present issue reports to upper management and other departments
Capable of writing proposals and professional reports and make presentations to colleagues and upper management
Responsible for communicating with R&D and other stake holders regarding test needs and performance
Provide feedback to analysis/training staff about performance considerations / usability issues concerning software specifications and implementation
Manage translation of complex functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture and design.
Responsible for the managing over-all systems architecture, reliability, and performance in the field of engineers
Managing test requirements through scheduling external out-sourcing to perform required testing
Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plan; implementing production, productivity, quality and customer-server-standards; resolving problems, completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and Electrical Engineering
8+ years of experience in wireless industry preferrably in Mobile QA
Proven Experience in QA life cycle, test plans, test executing and reporting
In-depth knowledge of wireless technologies including LTE/5G, etc.
Hands-on experience of wireless standards/protocols preferably Radio interface and/or exposure to RF network engineering.
