Position Summary
PMA Consultants seeks a systems coordinator and application specialist in project management information systems (PMIS) for an exclusive long-term assignment to a key federal client. In this role, you will develop cloud solution integrations for actual cost and resource breakdown structures in Deltek Cobra, including technical implementation assistance, data output source development, protocol development and enforcement, setup, customizations, modifications, standardization, and user training. The successful candidate will evaluate existing and potential uses of system and applications to identify process improvement opportunities. You will document, implement, and monitor processes to ensure data integrity and system security and provide reporting on performance indicators as well as generating ad-hoc reports.
Position Qualifications

BS or BA in construction management, or engineering or related field required.

Minimum 5 years of related experience including feasibility/constructability reviews required.

Demonstrated effective communication skills, both verbal and written, required.

Demonstrated knowledge of Deltek Cobra required.

Proficiency in Oracle Primavera Project Management P6, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft SQL Server 13 and Oracle 12c required.
