Purpose
This is a full time position with a Fast-Growing IT Consulting Company looking to bring on-board a dynamic Project Manager to lead teams in implementing Salesforce projects at their Corporate Headquarters in Washington DC. Ideal candidate is energetic and proactive project manager skilled to lead technical teams and provide innovative solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.
Specific Duties
- Assist business analysts in soliciting customer business requirements to meet the end usersâ needs.
- Proven ability to conduct one-on-one, small and large group interviews on technology and system concepts.
- Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Manage resources and assign individual responsibilities.
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Conduct quality assurance for all deliverables prepared by team prior to client submission.
- Apply project methodologies and enforce project standards.
- Identify and manage project risk.
- Prepare team status reports per customer reporting requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years Project Management experience.
- 5+ years of experience in gathering and documenting requirements.
- Experience with formal project management practices, problem management and change control.
- Proficient experience working with Microsoft Office preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing software development projects, knowledge of software development life-cycles and methodologies including DevOps or Agile delivery models, Scrum methodology
- Experience with JIRA preferred.
- Must have strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Bachelorâs Degree or equivalent work experience.

- Salesforce Service Cloud certification
- Salesforce Service Cloud experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
