The position of Project Manager, located in Southern California, will work collaboratively with clients and colleagues to ensure quality project delivery of healthcare projects. The Project Manager will be an integral player in contributing client value on BlackRock HCMâs state-of-the-art healthcare projects, from early design phases through construction. Job Requirements
- Ideal candidates will possess 10+ years of experience providing architecture or construction management services on healthcare projects.
- Advanced knowledge and experience working within the OSHPD regulated clinical environment.
- Experience preparing and monitoring CPM project and construction schedules, and performing on-site construction progress inspections.
- Demonstrated expertise with construction administration, providing project leadership and progress reporting.
- Experience providing leadership and guidance to engineering and construction professionals with a focus on client relationships and successful projects.
- Professional demeanor and a highly motivated work ethic.
- Strong communication, presentation, writing and computer skills are essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related degree is required.
