Exterior company looking to fill Project Manager position. Must be proficient or qualified in the following areas-
– Able to effectively and efficiently manage job flow
– Must have strong communication and organization skills
– Must have extensive background in siding,roofing, and windows.
– Must be able to pass background check
– Must have clean drivers license(company vehicle)
– Must have experience or ability to quickly understand and break down insurnace claims.
– Must have proficient computer skills
– Must be comfortable with occasional door to door interactions with homeowners regarding insurance claims.
Duties include ordering and managing material drop offs. Setting up crews and managing flow and quality. Light office work including filing and managing receipts and returns from jobs, organizing profit and loss from each job, and creating/sending invoices to insurance companies and homeowner.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $35,000.00 to $46,000.00 /year
Experience:
- Exterior Remodeling: 2 years (Preferred)
- project management: 1 year (Required)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
