Role Summary

Lionbridge Technologies is looking for a Project Manager for a temporary employment engagement in Santa Monica, California. In this role you will manage a team of 10 Production Assistants who will be filming at various outdoor public locations around the Santa Monica area.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure on-time project deliveries.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources for the execution of the project.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Measure project performance and quality using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements

  • Available to work full-time, Monday – Friday throughout the duration of the project.
  • Familiar with the Santa Monica area.
  • Must have a reliable registered vehicle to travel to each filming location in Santa Monica.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience leading projects in fast-moving/changing project.
  • Proactive decision making.
  • Very organized, self-driven and able to work independently.
  • Outspoken, friendly and have positive attitude to different people.
  • Ability to manage stress and to multi-task.
  • Possesses a can-do attitude and is able to think outside the box.
  • Good technical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of spreadsheets, word processor, mail clients.
  • Able to work in a highly secure and confidential environment.
  • Excellent English language skills.
