Position Summary:
The Production Manager will provide an efficient and safe working environment for employees by using best business practices to manage resources, services and processes to meet the needs of the company.
The Production Manager will plan and delegate duties and assignments as well as assume responsibility for maintaining the production schedule and quality. He/she will be responsible for the overall safety and must promote and ensure the Companyâs commitment to Safety and Health principles.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining optimal production flow.
2. Manage facility schedule and staff levels as production dictates for maximum productivity with minimum labor costs.
3. Manage SLA for facility.
4. Responsible for maintaining and overseeing inventory.
5. Ensure prompt put away of inventory.
6. Work with Customer Service to facilitate requests for customers.
7. Work with QA team to minimize rejects.
8. Track inventory levels for all ink, production, shipping and part supplies.
9. Work with HR and make recommendations for staffing decisions.
10. Track and report employee performance.
11. Report employee incidents and safety incidents or hazard to Management team.
12. Report any equipment issues to Management team.
13. Attend and participate in production/management meetings.
Required Experience:
1. Minimum of three years of experience in production. Manufacturing/production experience is a plus.
2. Minimum of three years of managerial/leadership experience.
3. Knowledge in Microsoft office required.
4. Strong analytical/critical thinking.

5. Must be self-motivated, able to function autonomously, well organized, detail oriented and efficient under pressure.
6. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, team building and problem solving skills;
7. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and effectively manage workload.
8. Must be flexible in work schedule.
Education Requirements:
High School Diplomas or equivalent
Some college preferred
