As a Personal Assistant to the CEO, you must thrive in an intense and fast-paced working environment on a grand scale. You must be courteous to all potential, new and current customers (over the phone and in-person), with a professional demeanor at all times.

THIS IS A PART-TIME/ON-CALL POSITION (approx. 15-25 hours per week)

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Assisting the CEO with daily and/or nightly tasks
- Answering and returning phone calls
- Administrative and employee paperwork
- Employee scheduling and time-off requests
- Setting up new hire interviews with the CEO
- Traveling in the company van and answering phone calls as they come in
- Traveling to some locations in your own vehicle
- Meeting with potential, new and existing customers
- Attend meetings with the CEO
- Running errands, picking up and/or dropping off supplies to locations throughout Clark County, such as in North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Las Vegas, Henderson and surrounding areas
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Answering phone calls

REQUIREMENTS:
- Authorized to legally work in the United States
- Minimum High School graduate
- Must pass a background and DMV check
- Must own a reliable vehicle
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
- Must have a flexible schedule
- Must have a working iPhone or Android cell phone with a data plan
- Must have a working laptop (some tasks done at cleaning locations or on the road)
- Must be able to be around household cleaning chemicals (we provide employees with masks, safety glasses and gloves)

PRE-EMPLOYMENT APPLICATION PROCESS:
Qualified applicants will go through a detailed and rigorous interview process as follows:
1) A phone interview will be given to qualifying applicants. This is your chance to show us how you communicate over the phone. Some applicants will be cut at this time.
2) During the phone interview, you may be given several pricing parameters to follow. You will then be asked a series of questions as if you were speaking with a potential customer. Some applicants will be cut at this time.
3) The remaining qualifying applicants will be invited for an in-person interview with the CEO. 1-2 applicants will move forward with the employment process and all other applicants will be cut at this time.
EMPLOYMENT HIRING PROCESS:
1) A background and DMV check will be performed prior to hiring, to ensure employee safety and the safety of our customers, along with their property and belongings.
2) Nevada Pro Cleaning Services, LLC will pay for the background and DMV report, with your written and/or electronic consent, during or after the interview process. Failure to sign a written and/or electronic consent for your background and DMV report, within 24 hours of our request, will result in the immediate disqualification for employment with Nevada Pro Cleaning Services, LLC.
3) All on-call and part- time employees will be eligible for full-time employment, as positions become available. You will be an employee of Nevada Pro Cleaning Services, LLC and not an independent contractor. Employees will receive a W-2 at the beginning of the new year, no later than January 31st, for any time worked during the previous year.
