Summary
In this role you will pick, pack, and box product for delivery to our internal and external customers. You may also load product onto motor freight when needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of items shipped and received.
Process items for shipment according to established guidelines and procedures.
Receive items according to established guidelines and procedures.
Communicate incoming and outgoing status to appropriate internal customers and managers.
Handle correspondence as directed by Dept. Manager
Ensure effective tracking of shipments.
Handle selected customer complaints.
All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.
Requires experience managing people/budgets.
Computer and database application skills.
Replace any damaged items, shortages or packages.
Assemble, pack, stack and label shipments.
Maintaining shipping and receiving by taking inventory for materials needed.
Reliable and prompt.
Ability to work well with others and contributes to team effort.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 to $18.00 /hour

Education:
