Required Experience and Qualifications
- Experience in R12 Oracle EBS Application implementations and/or upgrades (Cloud and/or On-Prem)
- Experience with ERP Financials and/or HCM applications is a must
- 4-year Bachelor degree (or equivalent experience)
- PMP Certified (highly recommended)
- Managed 4+ full life cycle implementations or upgrade projects in R12
- Accomplished 5+ Oracle EBS experience
- Public sector client project experience
- Follow a software full lifecycle methodology
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people
- Capable to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision yet can participate as a team member with a willingness to help where needed
- Excellent client interaction skills
- Effectively promote best practices process
- Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detailed oriented
- Able to fully utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Adapt to new projects quickly with a can-do, jump-right-in attitude
- Experience in Public Sector highly preferred

Salary: $110.00 to $165.00 /year
