    Required Experience and Qualifications

    • Experience in R12 Oracle EBS Application implementations and/or upgrades (Cloud and/or On Prem)
    • Experience with ERP Financials and/or HCM applications is a must
    • 4-year Bachelor degree (or equivalent experience)
    • PMP Certified (highly recommended)
    • Managed 4+ full life cycle implementations or upgrade projects in R12
    • Accomplished 5+ Oracle EBS experience
    • Public sector client project experience
    • Follow a software full lifecycle methodology
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people
    • Capable to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision yet can participate as a team member with a willingness to help where needed
    • Excellent client interaction skills
    • Effectively promote best practices process
    • Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening and interpersonal skills
    • Organized and detailed oriented
    • Able to fully utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Adapt to new projects quickly with a can-do, jump-right-in attitude
    • Experience in Public Sector highly preferred

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $110.00 to $165.00 /year
