Nightlife Operations Manager

A leading hospitality company is looking for a manager to run one of their nightlife venues. Must have experience in nightlife/nightclub operations. Responsibilities will include but not limited to Staff training and management, weekly/monthly discussions on operational improvements, marketing discussions, communication with all staff. Knowledge of POS systems, reservation software, and best practices are a plus. Willing to train the right individual. Must be self motivated, highly organized and able to follow direction.
