Position Description:
We are seeking a medical practice manager to join our vascular clinical team. In this position, you will be responsible for directing the overall operations of an outpatient vascular practice including but not limited to quality assurance and patient care, financial management, physician relations, safety, risk management, recruiting and hiring of staff, equipment maintenance and inventory and other required duties that may arise during the general operations of the center.
Responsibilities:
· Supervise all front and back office staff in practice.
· Interviewing, hiring, performance development, training, salary increases, and termination of office staff
· Coordinate staff schedules and coverage.
· Know and understand all emergency procedures for center (including but not limited to evacuation, fire, natural disasters)
· Coordinate marketing efforts with the physician, identify opportunities to expand the practice and promote it within the community.
· Contact referral sources and arrange physician appointments, arrange speaking engagements and meetings between physicians and referring physicians and physician groups to actively market the practice.
· Prepare marketing brochures, letters, etc. to support marketing efforts.
· Understand and review the practice financials with the physicians on a monthly basis.
· Monitor and minimize the practice expenses.
· Oversee the billing function for the practice

Qualifications:
Required education: Bachelors Degree in management or related field, Nursing degree, American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification, Cardiovascular-Interventional Radiology (CV-IR) certification preferred
Required experience: Minimum of 2 years operational/clinical management experience in the healthcare industry
