Overall Scope and Responsibility:
Identify and assess opportunities, schedule of projects, manage time required to meet deadlines within budget. Make decisions in evaluating advertising and promotional opportunities to insure accuracy and consistency with company brand.
Essential Duties:
· Innovative and Efficient in providing solutions that boost productivity and efficiency across the organization.
· Initiative and creativity
· Develop leads for photo shoots, and PR events for Think Hospitality positioning as well as sales opportunities.
· Negotiate and supervise photo shoots with worldwide magazines, newspapers, flair, website blogs and TV Shows
· Provide event ideas and logistics management for large and small scale events serving as liaison between Think Hospitality and event producers.
· Create and execute Marketing strategies, while maintaining and developing hotel identity.
· Responsible to provide accurate information and graphic material to Media outlets.
· Manage and update Think Hospitality websites.
· Manage Social Media outlets
· Administer brand decision making and handle breakdown of all hotel packages. Contribute in decision making of sales initiatives and promotions.
