YOUR RESPONSABILITIES

-Produce valuable and engaging content across platforms (blog, social medias, website, etc.) that attracts and converts our target groups

-Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing initiatives including our marketing database, email and display advertising campaigns

-Collaborate with product team and sales to develop strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic to achieve growth objectives.

-Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation, budget to execution and report on overall performance

-Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation, awareness and drive qualified traffic

-Participate to overall business strategy by demonstrating deep understanding of ideal customer profile, customer pains, value proposition fit and unfair advantages

-Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader

-Work with leadership team and sales team to identify and coordinate trade shows and events

-Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industries

Required:

·Bachelor’s degree in marketing.

·Experience in the B2B SaaS business.

·Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.

·Experience with LinkedIn Sales navigator and related tools.

·Strong attention to details.

·Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

·Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate

·In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

·Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns

·Up-to-date on the latest trends, methodologies and technologies in digital marketing

·Experience in brand positioning and rebranding

Preferred but not required

·Experience in EHS/or Operational excellence in industrial context

·Multilingual

·Experience with ZOHO One

·Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
