    • Familiarize with the process of our services, operations, and procedures
    • Advertise at new and current locations to allow individuals to call and book appointments.
    • Coordinate care and implement sales marketing
    • Advertise EPIC services using phone calls, chat functions, email blasts, newsletters, and social media.
    • Receive phone calls from new patient/guest and book appointments
    • Sell new patients on EPIC services and maintain relationship to get them in and maintain them as continuous
    • Convert new patient, using sales strategy, into long-term patient.
    • Convert outbound calls to appointments and then turn the first appointment into a kept appointment.
    • Hand-off to care coordinators after 1. creating new patient relationship and 2. converting that relationship into a long-term patient for all their medical needs
    • Record how many calls you are receiving from potentially new customers and how many calls are being kept as long-term EPIC patients
    • Convert guest call (received or dialed) from new patient, to appointment scheduled, to appointment kept; calculate this conversion ratio
    • Assess back office customer satisfaction and engagement; ensure patient satisfaction is five-diamond
    • Call guests on lists we buy from a third party company to bolster our patient clientele
    • Update customers with new literature and methods in the medical field
    • Evolve daily operations rapidly
