JSF Support Equipment Fleet Manager

As a JSF Support Equipment Fleet Manager for Rolls-Royce, you’ll have a varied scope across fleet management to include working to support equipment, ensuring site stand up requirements and contractual requirements are met, managing local inventory to meet field needs for both end items and spares, managing unserviceable equipment and acting as the Rolls-Royce point of contact and subject matter expert for external fleet management discussions with Pratt and Whitney, Lockheed Martin and the Joint Program Office. You’ll play a critical role in protecting Rolls-Royce interests and profit with regards to contractual PBL metrics and KPI’s.

Key Accountabilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for all support equipment issues, while managing the level of spare end items and spare details in line with spare parts concept of operations to maintain asset availability across all customers
- Track events in order to execute annual replenishment budget, as well as ensuring sites have proper allocation of Support Equipment after standup.
- Responding to field requests to ensure protection against contractual NMC metrics
- Acting as the Rolls-Royce point of contact for Lightning Support Equipment Management System (LSEMS) which is the enterprise system of record for inventory
- Interacting with all entities in the enterprise from Pratt and Whitney to the US Government, uniformed services and partner nations
- Ensuring proposals and future requirements meet functional needs of the end users
- Engaging with the Field Service Representatives and production to understand upcoming and immediate demands
- Coordinating all movements of Support Equipment and coordinating physical inventory, as required

Basic:
- An Associates degree with 8+ years of experience in program management and/or in a customer facing role OR;
- A Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience in program management and/or in a customer facing role OR;
- A Masters degree in with 2+ years of experience in program management and/or in a customer facing role OR;
- JD/PhD of experience in program management and/or in a customer facing role OR;
- In lieu of degree, 12+ years of experience in program management and/or in a customer facing role
- In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
Preferred:
- Familiarity with US military, and military support equipment processes
- JSF program knowledge and experience
- Familiarity with the Basis of Issue (BOI) and Tables of Allowance (TOA) published by Lockheed Martin and the Joint Program Office
