IT Manager/Network Administrator

Impact networks LTD – USA international IT company offered you an opportunity in IT Systems Administration, Where you will be dealing with a real mixture of technical issues including:
MS Servers , Networking and Informaiton Security .
Hardware maintenance of Windows and Mac based systems
Operating System maintenance of Windows and Linux based servers
Software and Hardware troubleshooting in person, by remote conotrol ,by phone or by email for internal desktops, laptops, printing devices
Management of externally hosted email infrastructure – Google Apps and Office 365
Management of Voice-over-IP (VoIP) based Avaya IP telephony Infrastructure
Project management of a variety of relevant projects; to ensure that service level agreements to internal and external customers are met
To deliver training to new users, including the development of training material and user manuals
Maintain all IT related infrastructure documentation to agreed standards
Maintain, improve and enhance networking infrastructure in the London office
Ensure servers and desktops/laptops are free from virus or malware threats
Perform auditing tasks such as updating and maintaining the IT asset register
MS Servers Expirience * VIrtual platform Expirience * Great skill of troubleshooting
Great Skills to work under presuure .
Great Skills to work with overseas team .
