  • Serves as the single point of accountability for all aspects of the projects – including schedule, scope and budget.
  • Directs and controls all activities to meet/control customer expectations and meet budgeted financial objectives tied to the project.
  • Maintains a positive working environment for all aspects of the project.
  • Identifies and helps determine resources needed on potential projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement for the delivery team.
  • Facilitate project teams to resolve impediments and create culture of openness and collaboration.
  • Coordinate project activities and maintain priorities across multiple teams to deliver value and support to the ITS leadership team.
  • Leverage data to measure and track performance results and monitor progress across the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor and report project progress and status to business stakeholders.
  • Assist in the presentation of system demos and reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
  • Support the development of work plans, Project Management Plans and schedules as required for ITS and Corporate Services Projects.
  • Participate in planning and scheduling activities with project managers, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly status reports as required, representing the accomplishments, issues, concerns, risks, near term plans, and hours expended for their area of responsibility.
  • Maintain weekly / monthly program level status reports, including task execution, financial reporting, and exception reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • PMP Certification required
  • Experience working in networks, infrastructure, server migration projects.
  • A working knowledge of the SDLC, Agile methodology, and web and software development principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to interface with all levels of management.
  • Excellent time management, scheduling, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well independently or in a team setting.

Technical

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and Visio

Preferred

  • Proven ability to address complex problems analytically, process critical data, establish facts, and draw quality conclusions.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with tight deadlines and ambiguity on some projects
  • Knowledge/experience using Oracle Cloud
