The Inside Account Manager is responsible for growing accounts and providing meaningful information about current and new accounts in support of Rockland Manufacturing’s mission, “to create profits for teammates and customers.” This role also manages leads, conducts transactional business, and utilizes/supports CRM.

Work Environment: This role functions in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment, such as computers, photocopiers, etc. Occasionally, the position will require travel to off-site dealer locations/end user job sites, etc.
Position Type: This is a full time, exempt position. Primary work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., however, evening and weekend work may be required.
Travel: This position requires occasional travel.
