We are seeking a HR Manager to supervise and perform the daily functions of recruiting, onboarding, benefits, generalist duties and offboarding. This individual will also lead clinical staff utilization management, employee training/development, compensation/scheduling programs and credential compliance.
Must have recruiting and credentialing experience with healthcare professions such as nurses, therapists, social workers and home health aides.
Requires at least 2 years in a mid-level HR role.
Knowledge required: JCAHO home care regulations and Virginia Dept of Health home care regulations.
Knowledge preferred: Paylocity
