Jupiter Medical Group, a growing and dynamic primary care medical practice with locations throughout Palm Beach County and Martin Co. is currently seeking a Human Resource Manager with multi-location Medical Practice experience.
Responsibilities:
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Develop workforce strategies, to recruit and develop qualified candidates
- Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and dedication
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
- Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
- Advocate for employee retention and development
- Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee records
- Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions
- Manage workers comp claims to resolution
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years previous experience in Human Resources
- Must have medical office experience
- Experience in conflict resolution
- Fundamental knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with the human resources information systems
- Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong leadership qualities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelors Degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business or related area; relevant work experience may be a substituted
