Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Global Employment Brand Manager to manage and execute global recruitment and HR marketing efforts. In this role, you will develop brand marketing campaigns with a strong emphasis on digital that position Kimberly-Clark as a great place to work and communicate our unique culture to engage employees and attract top talent.

This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong global partnership across Recruiting, Communications, Functions, Business and external agencies to identify solutions to support recruiting, branding and HR goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage strategy and day-to-day planning and execution of brand and marketing efforts to support recruiting and HR initiatives
  • Produce engaging content to fuel our channels, including website and blog features, photos, event experiences/activations, and communication templates
  • Create employee value proposition for internal employees and external candidates that will connect with K-C culture, values and behaviors and commercial transformation.
  • Positively position and increase employment brand awareness of Kimberly-Clark as an Employer of Choice.
  • Strategically use Kimberly-Clark and company brands in recruitment and HR marketing
  • Drive full-cycle brand and marketing campaigns — planning, launch, engagement, tracking, optimization and reporting
  • Execute brand health and employer brand research focused on global brand and market segmentation that will inform each year’s marketing strategy.
  • Extend the employer brand messaging framework across the candidate and employee lifecycle to create and reinforce an authentic and consistent narrative about working at Kimberly-Clark
  • Develop an employer brand strategy which includes brand quality and consistency measures, hiring and onboarding best practices, and a training and communication plan for launching new materials.
  • Set up mechanisms to create employee advocacy and leverage employee ambassadors on diversity through thought leadership and active collaboration.
  • Create and employ a go-to-market strategy that conveys our employment brand story and narratives through digital campaigns
  • Manage campaign strategy, ad outreach and strategy (organic, paid, shared), along with execution
  • Enable team with content and toolkits for candidate engagement & employee value proposition
  • Evaluate metrics, report on campaign results and determine ROI
  • Proofread and edit content pieces before publication
  • Champion diversity and inclusion internally and externally
  • Collaborate with design, production and engineering teams

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of brand marketing, employment brand marketing, or social media marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Proven experience in global brand and marketing management, strategy analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge in using marketing products to support recruitment efforts (ad platforms, website pages, blogs, etc.)
  • Experience in cross functional project execution and strategy analysis
  • Experience communicating across functions and globally
  • Experience in data-driven approach to solving problems
  • Experience collaborating and partnering with multiple stakeholders across the organization
  • Experience in customer satisfaction focus, consultative experience and experience influencing and collaborating with interdepartmental teams
  • Video production management experience and/or experience guiding the production of visual assets

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in working in a Fortune 500 company with a complex matrixed organization structure and business model
