- Two years of management experience in multifamily housing or healthcare related field
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to lead a small group of employees
- Highly motivated, energetic, dependable, and enjoys a variety of work
- Excellent communication, sales / marketing, customer service skills and event planning experience
- Be able to work with others in a team environment effectively, efficiently, and professionally
