Maintain daily Construction Information Services and Blue Book ( Bid Scope ) to obtain private and public job leads related to Pedestrian Automatic Doors, Storefront, Curtain Wall Systems and General Construction.
Retrieve the information accurately, manage all vendors and sub contractors for the entire estimate process, estimate the project to meet the industry standards, manage and execute all administrative paperwork required and review with the President prior to submission.
Prepare – AIA, Quickbooks or Word documents for owner or sub contractor contracts. Complete all purchasing related to the job and report to the bookkeeping department.
Work with office, shop and fieldworker staff to execute a professional completed project.
Attend owner job site meetings and have the ability to maintain meeting minutes including task completion management.
