LMC was incorporated as a landscape management contractor in April of 1980. We provide professional landscape management through maintenance, installation, irrigation and tree services.
Our professional management team includes LEED Certified Professionals, Certified Landscape Professionals through Professional Landscape Associated Network (PLANET) and Texas Nursery Landscape Association (TNLA), Certified Turfgrass Professionals, Texas Master Gardeners, Licensed Irrigators, Certified Arborists, Certified Commercial Pesticide Applicators and Texas Certified Landscape Technicians.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
· Supervise crews to ensure they stay within budgeted hours and material
· Schedule crews’ projects and delivery of materials
· Assist with monitoring and adjustment of irrigation for new installs
· Oversee materials in yard
· Visit sites to review installation progress and assist when needed
· Approve and monitor payroll hours into Aspire
· Create Purchase Orders in Aspire
· Assist in hiring, evaluating and corrective action of team members
· Maintain paperwork on projects, work orders, and issues
· Assist with weekly Safety Team Meeting
· Quality Control — Adhere to LMC standards and safety policies
· Morning start up-oversee loading/unloading of trucks to ensure proper materials, supplies and equipment are available
· Ensure crews are fully equipped and keep their equipment clean
· Keep inventory of equipment and vehicles, put measures in place to reduce trips to the store
· Improve department efficiency through training and coaching
· Investigate incidents, accidents, or emergencies
· Communicate daily with Landscape Consultants and Branch Manager
· Rotate with others in closing as Manager on Duty
· Position will report directly to Branch Manager
· Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
· 2 or 4 year horticultural or related degree preferred with 2+ yrs. experience. Additional experience or industry certifications may substitute
· Irrigation license preferred
· Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
· Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
