Division Manager

Applicant should have extensive experience with interior and structural demolition along with asbestos abatement, lead abatement & soil remediation.

-Saw cutting and robotic demolition experience is a plus. Candidate must be proficient in; On-screen take-off and/or CAD, MS office & MS Project.

-Ability to read and understand financial statements as well as project job costing is critical. Superior communication skills in person, via phone, as well as email engaging with clients and employees daily.

-Ability to work with a team environment is a must.

Salary: $7.00 to $25.00 /hour
