Castelli Oil and Gas has an excellent opportunity for you in the Western Pennsylvania area! We are currently hiring for a full-time Director of Operations and Sales that will be a key contributor in a long-term strategy for developing and retaining the company new and current business opportunities within the oil and gas industry.

We are looking for someone that is ready to make an immediate impact at Castelli Oil and Gas.

In this role you will (but not limited to):

  • Design and development of all major business ventures
  • Maintain our current customer relationships
  • Actively pursue new customer for future work
  • Monitors revenue and costs
  • Manages and oversees the staffing of the yard with employees and needed equipment
  • Promote and maintain a safe workplace environment that rivals best-in-class safety records
  • Oil and gas development planning in the trucking business
  • Travel will be required throughout Western PA and WV.
  • Collaborate with human resources to add quality employee drivers
  • Develops and maintains vendor and service provider relationships

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3 year industry specific experience preferred
  • CDL (Commercial Drivers License) Required
  • Oil & Gas Contacts a plus

Skills:

  • Sales Experience is a must
  • Proven leadership, dependability, and reasoning skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier DOT regulations
  • Customer-services skills and interpersonal skills
  • Work independently
