The Director is responsible for the administration and operations of the department. Works closely with senior leadership to achieve regulatory compliance and meet organizational goals. Maintains responsibility for technical program planning and development; financial management; capital equipment; strategic planning; process improvement; customer service; patient satisfaction; human resources management and policy and procedure develpment and implementation. Ensures programs and services are in compliance with administrative and business policies, as well as federal, state and local agency regulators and are in compliance with the goals and objectives of Mercy Medical Center.
