Responsible for all system design aspects of engineering activities and design of Air products. Supervise and manage the planning, budgeting, and assignment of personnel for the Air Divisionâs product engineering function. Organize effective workings of teams within engineering functions in fulfillment of company objectives. Provides support and leadership to development departments, facilitating continuous evolution in both the front-end and back-end developments.
Accountable for execution and alignment to product development business cases, including revenue realization, margin, timing, and cost deliverables.
