NIKE, Inc. Retail Corporate is the backbone to stores around the world. A global network of teams — Finance, Human Resources, Talent Development, Marketing, Merchandising, Real Estate and Strategic Planning — direct the daily operations of Nike.com and the hundreds of Nike Stores and Nike Factory Stores. Key Accountabilities and Deliverables would include:
- Lead the design and delivery of the Nike Athlete Experience and associated Firstline career programming (The TRACK) aligned to Nike’s strategy to attract, value and grow the best talent and build unbreakable member relationships.
- Utilize strong cross functional leadership capability to re-imagine the Firstline career development offense, while ensuring alignment and ownership to the strategy and critical work streams by functional owners.
- Create global playbooks for the programs on the TRACK that will support GEO integration and ownership while providing global consistency and experiences by participants
- Ensure development of measurable and scalable program elements as part of the implementation of the TRACK.
- Ensure global view of all TRACK programs, co-authoring programs where applicable to drive locally relevant content within a global framework.
- Utilize feedback and data to drive improvement of programs to keep offerings fresh, relevant and aligned to Nike’s strategic priorities.
WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE
- Strategic thinker, able to envision optimal state while assessing and evaluating options, risks and benefits to drive actionable recommendations and outcomes
- Strong collaborator, able to bring teams together to solve problems and create solutions
- Strong business acumen and leadership capabilities
- Strong program management and transition management skills
- Comfort with ambiguity and able to work towards well thought out decisions and results
- Drives for results within prescribed timelines
- Comfortable authoring and delivering executive level presentations
- Able to navigate complex stakeholder structure
Additional preferred experience
- 7+ or more years of experience in the following; Strategy, Program management, Transition management.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred. A background in talent development, learning, education, or communication a plus.
- Experience working in heavily matrixed organization
