JOB SUMMARY: The ideal candidate for this position will have an extensive background in data-driven analytics and proactively guiding business partners to help them achieve strategic and financial objectives. The candidate will be responsible for planning and directing financial activities for the On Demand Manufacturing and Global Customer Service Business Units. The candidate will be performing the following duties themselves and through collaboration with others across the organization.
Primary Job Functions

Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.

Oversee the continued development of Business Unit Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, and Operating Plan.

Develop implement and maintain financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.

Improve performance productivity by evaluating and improving financial processes to drive efficiencies.

Influence the accuracy and effectiveness of Business Unit monthly closing process through analytical review and trend analysis.

Monitor key performance indicators highlighting current and past trends including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, and operating expenses. Analyze causes of unexpected variances.

Lead scenario modeling efforts for the development and growth of the business. Participate as a key thought leader of the Business Unit staff, influencing decision making, and identifying priorities across the Business Unit.

Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully; develop alternative solutions.

Be a team player who works well in a remote and global environment offering technical support and guidance as needed.

Provide guidance, mentoring and career development opportunities for both the ODM and GCS Financial Analysts

Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis as required; Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports.

Education and Training

10+ years of finance and accounting experience with progressive responsibility, especially with exposure to international business operations

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA highly preferred

Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively on teams within a âhands-onâ management capacity
- High standards of accuracy and precision while maintaining integrity
