This person needs to have their Early Childhood Education Degree and is motivated and wants to work with Great Teachers and Children. Help with light office work when needed.

Required Things
- Portable Background Check from the DEL
- Must love children
- TB Test
- CPR Card (for infant and adult) BBP
- Have 30 hours of STARS Training.
- If you do not have the above required things then you will will have to obtain them as soon as possible.
Required Experience/Education
- High School Diploma/GED
- Prior experiencing managing staff and working with parents.
- Early Childhood Education Degree
You would be responsible for:
- Helping achieve a high rating on the early achiever rating system set forth by Washington State.
- Helping manage staff
- Working with parents
- Paper work
- Help teachers with curriculum
- Be Organized
